How Supreme One came to be

The Challenge

For decades, F&I training relied on rigid processes and word tracks that depended entirely on the effectiveness of each individual coach. This meant generic processes and scripted language were taught to everyone, along with whatever techniques the specific trainer happened to use.

While traditional coaching has value, it focuses on the trainer's approach rather than the trainee's unique needs and style. Every F&I professional is different—different personalities, strengths, communication styles, and customer interactions. Why would training ignore these differences?

We believe training should be personalized to each individual—not based on generic processes, scripted word tracks, or a single trainer's effectiveness. That's the fundamental problem we set out to solve.

This Privacy Notice explains how the Supreme One F&I Training Platform ("the Program") uses and safeguards information when you use its features. By continuing to use the Program, you acknowledge and consent to the practices described here.

1. Program Functions

The Program provides the following features:

  • Live Deal Coaching: Sarah AI listens passively in the background of live F&I customer interactions.
    • No audio, video, or transcript recordings are created or stored.
    • Sarah AI generates real-time performance analysis for the user, dealership administrator, group administrator (if applicable), Supreme One users, and Supreme One administrators.
  • Reports:
    • Sarah AI provides weekly, monthly, and annual aggregated reports based on deal performance.
    • Reports contain the same type of analysis as individual deals, with no underlying recordings retained.
  • Role Play Functionality:
    • Users may engage with a human-like AI avatar in simulated scenarios.
    • When the role play uses a webcam, body language may be observed and graded.
    • No audio, video, or webcam recordings are created or stored.

2. Information Collected

  • Performance Data: Observations and analytics about how a deal or role play was conducted (e.g., communication effectiveness, compliance, objection handling, body language scoring).
  • User Metadata: Login credentials, timestamps, and usage patterns necessary to operate and secure the Program.
  • No Customer PII: The Program does not collect, record, or store customers' personally identifiable information (PII).

3. Information Sharing

Analyses and reports may be shared only with:

  • The dealership administrator,
  • The group administrator (if applicable),
  • Authorized Supreme One users,
  • Supreme One corporate administrators.

No information is sold or shared with third parties outside this scope.

4. Security

Supreme One employs industry-standard safeguards (encryption, access controls, secure servers) to protect data. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

5. User Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal performance reports.
  • Request correction of inaccuracies.
  • Request deletion of your stored digital agreement.

6. Patent Pending

The Program and its methodologies are the subject of a pending U.S. patent application. All rights reserved.

7. Consent

By using this Program, you acknowledge:
